Proximity to the heart of Ella without any noise disturbance :) The staff was super helpfull and friendly, they arranged anything we asked for. The pool and other facilities were very clean as well
Poor internet connection (not that it mattered a lot)

Vistas espectaculares

The rooms were very big and the view is amazing from the balcony. Washroom is pretty big and clean as well. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was very good so do include it in your stay while booking.
Although the location of the hotel is on the main Ella street but reaching the hotel is very difficult. Firstly there is only 1 sign which is visible from the road but then there are no directions to the hotel. The way to the hotel is a 5-7 minutes steep 35 degree climb. So if you have luggage and do not have a vehicle then- “all the best”. Also do remember to ask for rooms on the lower floors like 501/502 coz 601/602 & 701/702 are on 2nd and 3rd floor which is again a very difficult hike.

"We wanted a nice place to stay for our family of four (2 teenagers) that was walking distance to the main town area but also quiet enough at night to rest. This accomodation delivered exactly what we ..."
