Principalmente da localização, muito próximo tanto da Praia de Ipanema como da de Copacabana. Próximo da Lagoa e do Arpoador também. Fácil comunicação com o anfitrião. Casa boa e bem equipada. Wifi funcionou bem.
Estacionar o carro em Ipanema e Copacabana sempre é um pouco difícil...
