This place nearly ruined the trip.
Close to Copacabana We didn’t want to stay in the property, so we spent a lot more time exploring the city.
NO A/C, required open windows to cool down at night, but there were no screens, so the bugs and street smells (urine, smoke) came in. Food spread was covered with ants. Saw cockroaches, mosquitoes and other pests. Toiletries included one bar of soap in each bathroom. No garbage bags, laundry detergent, or other basic house consumables were provided. No clothes dryer, and no clothespins for the clothesline that was outside in the urine/smoke smell. Bedding in one of the bedrooms smelled of urine and hadn’t been washed. Mattresses were lumpy, misshapen and very uncomfortable. Mold and mildew present in the bathrooms. Fridge was warm when we arrived, so we were unsure if our groceries were going to keep.

Ubicación excelente y el anfitrión me paso toda la info previamente, además estuvo atento a cada necesidad. Tiene electrodomésticos y hasta lavarropas.
El dpto, tiene ventiladores, sería mucho mejor si tiene aire acondicionado y también que incluya ropa de cama (sabanas).

Ótimo custo beneficio e receptividade
Fizemos ótima estadia. O proprietário Sávio é muito atencioso e prestativo. Fomos recepcionados com um café da manhã. Apt é espaçoso, organizado e limpo. Ótima localização, voltaremos quando visitarmos novamente o Rio.

Cidade incrível, superou minha expectativa em relação a cidade!
Localização, anfitrião muito gentil prepara um café na chegada!
Janelas trancadas com parafuso, sem ventilação, um calor insuportável mesmo tendo ventilador de teto e de mesa, lençóis furados, não tinha toalha de rosto e nem de louça! E precisa fazer uma limpeza pesada tem lavar cortinas banheiro com produtos pesados para sair a sujeira grossa, rodapés teto com muita sujeira, teia de aranha e poeira de muito tempo, pra quem é alérgico impossível!
