Muito bem localizado, muito confortável
Chegamos não tinha nem papel higiênico, nem a bucha para lavar a louça tinha. Algumas coisas sem higiene, e a cozinha vivia cheio de baratas na cozinha. Somente 1 dos porteiros tratavam bem, os outros eram muito mal educados .

La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de la playa
La limpieza, la cocina estaba sucia, había un mortero con ajo y cebolla (aparentemente de los anteriores inquilinos) toda la casa olía a ajo y cebolla. La cocina tiene cucarachas. En uno de los cuartos habían papeles de toallas higiénicas en el clóset.

Departamento muy lindo y muy amplio, habitaciones, living/comedor/cocina, es igual a las fotos, la ubicación es perfecta, a dos cuadras de la playa, muchos lugares 24 horas abiertos, farmacias supermercados, comidas rápidas.
Lavadora mala, sin centrifugue, quiere decir que la ropa salía hediondísima. La pieza que incluye baño tiene la cama en pésimas condiciones, necesita remodelación, además, el baño se filtraba de vez en cuando sin motivo. No tenía secador de pelo Conserjes del edificio en general con pésimo trato. Muy mala experiencia con ellos.
