Very neat, warm and spacious apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a washing machine. But a three-minute walk away is a hypermarket with a 24/7 laundry service. In the hypermarket itself, In addition to everything you can find anywhere else, you can also buy ready-made food or visit a cafe. There are several other large stores within a 10-minute walk. What was a nice bonus for me was the lack of neighbors. What a wonderful place, only one remark - its location. And it is not bad at all, but quite unusual. And when you look at Google Maps you won't find any building there that would say that these are the same apartments. I even thought about canceling the order, but the owner promptly sent message indicating that this is not an ordinary place. In addition, the owner himself is constantly in touch. Responds quickly to any questions.
I would hang a rod in the bathroom. This would solve the issue of simultaneous use of the bathroom (if someone is in the shower, the other has to wait to go to the toilet).

It’s very convenient and right behind local supermarket (there’s even a shortcut to the place)
The only inconvenient thing is the location in and out of this place where you will have to take car/grab. You can choose to walk but it’s gonna be at least 15mins. Weather was really nice to walk around during our stay.
Apartment was really clean and heater is working well. There is also wifi provided in this apartment.
