The location was perfect, in a small street near a long pedestrian road with many restaurants, shops boutiques and landmarks. Bakery and Supermarket right at the corner of the street.
The apartment itself had more than enough space for our family of four and our kids particularly enjoyed their room filled with toys and books in both English and French. The patio was an extra perk that was super nice to have. The apartment itself, while not brand new, was cozy and tastefully decorated. All supplies worked accordingly. The kitchen had everything we needed for a 3 day family getaway.
The property itself was absolutely fine and great value. The only downside were the hidden fees that surprised us upon arrival (20€ to Check in at 13:00, 35€ for an extra blanket). The communication with the rental management seemed easy at first but turned out to be redundant and superficial, with many back and forths for small inquiries.

Firstly, the flat located in a great area. Restaurants, pharmacy, markets, Louvre Museum, historical churchs just by walking distance. The flat is well designed and it was really big. If you have kids, its also great bcoz the house lots of toys and books for the kids, our children had great time there. The house is very much comfortable for big groups or families. It is close to nice bars, also has a very qualified voice system. Kitchen stuff is fair enough, we cooked everyday for the kids at home. The flat has a very nice garden which you can smoke and drink wine, enjoy the night even at home.
The flat was not clean as we expected. Bed linens, chairs and tables are okay, but there was dust everywhere and this was not good if you have 1,5 year old kid. There should be more information about the heating. We didnt know the heating done by air conditioners, so it was quite though to arrange the heating at home. If season would be spring or summer, its totally fine. However in winter season with 2 kids, maybe would be better to rent a flat which has a stable heating system.
