Casa Mica Rural - Idyllic Setting By Lanzarote Vacation Homes

Everything about the accommodation was fantastic. Our main concern was how staff would be because if that isn't held to a high standard it can cause major issues in a foreign country however staff were genuinely so professional and on the ball with everything. We had a couple of things that would need repairing and they immediately offered to arrange for this to be done during our stay if we would have wanted that. Clear instructions were provided prior to moving in and check in was also very flexible - key collection was via a lock box outside the accommodation. All in all, amazing location with a lovely view, great team, and the most welcoming neighbours (+ a cat that comes onto the balcony) too! We loved that the location was quieter and calmer :)

Nothing major - only advice for anyone who had booked is to locate the accommodation by entering the location straight from booking.com, or put "Casa Sur" into Google Maps and then drive further up till you see it directly ahead on the right, as a lot of maps struggle to direct you to Casa Mica so we ended up searching for 3 hours around different streets (this was out of office hours otherwise I believe the team would have been immediately willing to offer guidance). Once you find it though, everything goes smoothly, just make sure to save the pin!

Comfortable bed. Spacious. Great location. Large outdoor seating area and sun lounge. Well equipped kitchen.

Smell from bathroom basin due to plumbing. Second shower has a flimsy base.

Location great.

A welcome pack would be useful. Didn't know how to use stove or main light in sitting area. Some brochures of attractions would be useful. Serrated bread knife useful.

Me gustaría destacar cuatro cosas a mejorar: - deberían indicar un plano para poder acceder a la casa porque al estar en una pista de tierra , google Maps no encuentra la casa. Tuvimos que preguntar a una señora porque era muy dificil encontrar la casa. - No se pueden duchar dos personas en los dos baños a la vez, porque no hay suficiente fuerza de agua en los baños. - La hora del check out es a las 10.00 de la mañana cuando lo normal es a las 11.00 - Insuficiente papel higiénico para 5 personas.
