House "Pelzer", built in 2005. In the resort Tias (15minutos), on the outskirts Arrecife capital, in a quiet position, 8 km from the sea, 8 km from the beach. Private: property 1'078 m2, wildlife garden, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 105 - 206 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, grocery, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Tegoyo Vuelta" 1.1 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km, tennis 8 km. Nearby attractions: Parque temático 9 km. Please note: car recommended.

We stayed at Casa Pelzer with friends, it had all the things required for a comfortable stay, the views from property were amazing, there is also a bus service to Tias. Loved the area .

La villa es súper espaciosa, con todas las comodidades además está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila dónde nadie te molesta, linda vista y fácil acceso. Pasamos unos días estupendos, recomendable totalmente y además cuenta con un gran anfitrión, muy agradable y disponible a cualquier momento. Sin duda pronto volveremos.

Das Haus liegt sehr ideal für Unternehmungen. Sie bietet sehr viel Platz und einen ansprechenden Pool. Jedoch ist das Interieur bereits in vielen Teilen abgewohnt und würde eine Renovierung oder einen Austausch benötigen! So war z.B. zum Stand Mai 2022 das Türschloss defekt, die Stühle stark abgewetzt, diverse Fächer im Kühlschrank kaputt und auch die Badezimmerarmaturen nicht mehr besonders ansprechend. Dies nur ein Teil der Einzelheiten. Insgesamt genießt man den Aufenthalt trotzdem.
