About this villa rental
Close to the Géria reserve, with views of the ocean and Fuerteventura, luxurious recent comfortable villa with private heated pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 WCs, south-facing terrace. A haven of peace less than 10 minutes from the airport, beaches, and golf.
HIGH STANDARDS. Heated swimming pool all year round. Hyper-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, ceramic ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher), crockery for 8, bath towels, and household linen provided, satellite TV, WIFI Internet, barbecue, deckchairs, washing machine laundry. Final cleaning included in the price.
Equipment for small children: cot and high chair. Car rental recommended.

Really great stay. Immaculate and had everything we needed, kitchen was well equipped, also had coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar and spices. Check in and check out was straight forward as key was left in key safe. Will definitely be staying again.

The villa is great value … heated pool was a must for us and was fantastic … spacious rooms . Located in a upmarket location close to most attractions . Quality .

Property was ok but all the furniture needed either a good clean or completely replacing.
Upstairs terrace was unusable after day 2 because of the amount of bird poo. The plastic bird deterrents on the rafters had perished so it quickly became an area that we couldn’t use.
Listing stated that there was a hot tub- there wasn’t one - after being told by the owner that it was an error by Vrbo the owner finally admitted he’d made an error when completing the listing. Didn’t feel that I could contact the owner with other issues.
We stayed for 17 nights in July - it was extremely windy while we were there. We could only sit out for 2 evenings at the villa. We had to drive down to the coast to enjoy the evenings. I should have researched better- perhaps it’s not as windy during other months.
Looking at the previous reviews we had similar issues to others - water turned off for a day / power to ac tripping in the evenings / rattling windows due to wind - all of which should have been resolved by the owner when first raised.
Property needs some attention to get back to it’s once luxury status
