Very spacious compared to a lot of other japan hotels and airbnbs. The hospitality is exceptional! The cleaning staff and owners are so very kind and helpful. With any questions or concerns you may have they will answer quickly and warmly. They welcome you with jellies, waters, a beautiful little gift with a note - that truly makes you feel welcomed.
For my stay I did end up getting the top floor, and because there is no elevator it was a struggle to get luggage up and down. Although everything else makes up for it and is just a small inconvenience that we got through.
