アパートをホテル仕様にしている感じなので、チェックイン時のホテルスタッフとのやりとりが無く、まるで自宅にいるような感じで快適でした。台所に電子レンジ、湯沸かしポットが設置されているので、コンビニでカップ麺を購入することができて食費を安く抑えられます。宿泊料も安く抑えられるので、これからこういう宿泊施設が重宝される時代になることでしょう。
JR目黒駅から徒歩で10分ほどの位置にあります。加えて坂道になっているので、スーツケースのような荷物を運びながらの移動だとしんどいかもしれません。リュックに収まる程度の荷物量なら、快適に過ごせると思います。

The location was very good. only a 10-15 minute walk to both Gotanda Station and Meguro Station. The property supplied good hygiene products and the overall cleanliness was very good. Although some people say the check in process is hard, it was actually easy and quick which is very good.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the shower curtain had some black marks on it near the bottom.

Pros : Super comfortable bed / You can connect your Netflix account on the TV / Laundry machine and dryer in the building / Access to a microwave / Own private bathroom in the room / Hosts answered quickly / Close to 2 subway stations (see Cons for rest)
Cons : Check-in is complicated as there’s nobody at the front desk (you have to deal with an iPad). Plan to arrive early or at least not be tired / Cleanliness wasn’t great (hairs on the bed at arrival & a dead bug in a corner) / You’ll get FLOODED with emails before & after your stay / Close to 2 subway stations but there’s a slight hill which makes it hard to travel with luggages (but okay when without them)
