綺麗でコスパが良く過ごしやすかった

ベッドの枕元にコンセントがあれば良かったと思います、コンセントは十分にあったので良くないというほどではないです

Not too badly priced relative to how close it is to Tokyo. Super close to the train station, convenience stores, decent restaurants, etc. Windows had good sound insulation, and it was quiet despite facing a train line. The bathroom area was massive, for some reason. Wifi was strong, and working space was sufficient. Also had little kitchenette, which was appreciated.

Very cramped and with an unusual layout. Up a narrow flight of stairs, so not good if you have heavy baggage. I wouldn't call it a "good price" relative to what you got, but for Tokyo-centre standards, it's pretty good.

I feel that everything that is within the owners control is done exceptionally well. The apartment was very clean and the communication was excellent.

Unfortunately the apartment is immediately next to the train station. This means, even if you are a heavy sleeper wearing earplugs like myself, you will only sleep from after the last train until the first train early in the morning. There is a train crossing noise, the station noise and the train itself. We were in the apartment on the top floor and unfortunately there is only a narrow staircase to reach this apartment so getting luggage up and down the stairs was precarious. On the way down you are very likely to hit your head on a concrete block if you are taller than 170cm and focused on carrying your suitcase without falling. Finally the curtain above the bed directed the outside light directly to your eyes so I would recommend bringing an eye mask (see image). If none of these issues would concern you then it is a great apartment for a short stay.
