Hotel Dieu Nakanobu by Tranova

Lots of great translations and info in English. Small walkways and no elevator, so stair challenged beware. Quiet neighborhood , but great location to all west Tokyo tourist stops. Visit out to Jiyugaoka and the Toney neighbourhoods of Den-on Chofu and Toritsu Daigaku. Coffee and great restaurants with very few non-Japanese about.

This was a quieter neighborhood in Tokyo but easy to get to everything we needed and close to a train station. The property is simple but has everything you need. The only thing it did not have were three-prong outlets which is fine but just a heads up for American travelers, has plenty of two prong outlets though.

Extremely quick communication, in a nice quieter part of Tokyo with 25 minute access to Shibuya. Room was clean and well decorated. Would love to stay here again when I return to Tokyo!

This accommodation is in a more residential part of the city away from all the hustle and bustle and is a 5min walk to the local subway station and close to convenience stores and other amenities. The apartment itself was average and could be improved in some areas to make the stay more comfortable. The living / bed area is all crammed together leaving no space to move around. The kitchen had limited facilities i.e. no teatowels to dry pots. The brown towels need to go - they look awful and there was no specific floor towel for the shower area. It would also have been nice to have some laundry detergent or tablets provided for the washing machine. Although fairly clean, the floor was dirty and the rug looked like it needed washing. There was also a strange cheese smell lingering in the room. Check in and out was completely contactless and an easy process, so no issues there. Overall, it served it's purpose, but the property definitely lacked some attention to detail.
