Great location, easy walking distance to places or to public transport. Nicely renovated unit and basic supplies were appreciated.
The bedroom doors need some grease, loud at night/morning when trying to be quiet when kids sleeping. Wooden bedroom doors also seemed to get quite swollen on a couple nights and 7yr couldn’t open it to go toilet in the night. We had to really use a shoulder to open it.

The place was very clean. We have everything we needed The location is perfect close to shops and tram.

Next door neighbour is a hoarder and when he roots through his recycling you get flying bugs. Upstairs neighbours can be quite load. Not the owners fault. Get yourself to cavill and have some beers. You wont notice
