✔ The rear of the house has 2 bedrooms sleeps 6 and can be locked off from the front and has everthing except oven
– 1 King with ensuite, Bunkroom with double and 2 singles. 1 is a trundle bed
✔ 2 separate living areas 1 with Brand new 75inch Samsung 4k smart t.vs with Netflix. The second Brand new 55inch Samsung 4k smart tv

As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.
Booking tax notice: Starting august 16 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation
