Great location, comfy bed,quiet amd away from the husle and bustle but so close to tram! , amazing pool!!!!! Had everything needed for a great weekend away.
Previous guests had changed tv to different language. Not owners fault but something for them to be aware of. Maybe the cleaner can check while they are there?

The host has been very communicative in explaining how to check-in. I appreciate the step by step instructions how to check in. The facility is great for my family to stay. The swimming pool and other amenities are great for this price. The location is also excellent and only a short walk away from the tram system. I like the fact there is underground parking for our stay.
The entrance to the parking lot swipe card access is on the wall. Getting access requires us to requires us to get out of the vehicle and run back into the vehicle before the gate closes - this is a minor inconvenience. Apparently, this booking is classified a private listing and not managed by the resort - so the resort reception(s) has been very rude to us and not helpful at all when we had questions about the amenities. We had to figure it out on our own.

Central located, easy parking onsite and really good layout of room. Suited what we were looking for.
Some parts of room were outdated but we did not overly care about that as it was still well appointed and functional.
