Bedroom is comfortable and quiet for a good night sleep, even being a bit too dump. You have to turn the dehumidifier on during the day, as there is no aircon as advertised!
It's ok if you spend 3/5 days here.
Private and secure parking.
Host was available and friendly.
Aircon was advertised only to find out it was a fan blower unit with a dehumidifier. Very different from an air-conditioning unit. Hence no heating also! This was the biggest disappointment.
Place is too dump, not enough ventilation.
Kitchen has no fumes extraction.
A lot of odd smells coming from other units on the building.
Living room you can hear the traffic noise and all the beeping from taxi drivers during the day. Fairly quiet at night.
