Modern 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Apt in West Village, West End Brisbane

The location was excellent. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious with a great kitchen and 2 good sized bedrooms. Next stay in Brisbane this will be first place I check for availability.

Not a big issue but getting the key for the place was slightly confusing. After a call to the contact number provided in an email, we were able to find the address where the lock box was located at a local shop.

The location was great. Right in the heart of great restaurants . Easy walk to South Bank. lovely view of the mountains

This is an Air BnB. No cleaning services for the 5 nights. Wifi didn't work for the duration of our stay. Owner lied about the NBN service outage, I contacted the internet company servicing that area and was informed that there was no recorded outage issues. Apartment was not kids friendly. So many power boards and power cords on the floor. So many ornaments that took up space and could easily be broken. No extra towels for the pool. With a toddler, we had to wash the towels ourselves to reuse. I requested a cot which was provided, but without bedding makes it difficult for interstate travellers and charging etra fee for out of hours check-in was unfair when the flight was delayed and out of our control. We had to pick up keys at another location. Additonal fees were not visible before making the non-refundable booking.
