The kitchen was well equipped. Good location for where we needed to go. Spare sheets etc were provided in cabinet. Drying rack and pegs provided so we could wash and dry items on the balcony.
Despite telling host that we were a family of four that needed to split up to go to different venues (for sporting comp) they could only accommodate us with one key. This was very difficult to manage with someone always being locked out (or in) because they couldn't access the apartment (or lifts which needed a tag).
The apartment has two beds with no option to convert to single beds. This isn't helpful for a family. Fortunately the couch converted to a bed so one child slept on the couch.
When requesting items such as dishwasher tabs I was treated as someone dishonest and was asked to provide photos as evidence.
Key is accessible from a lockbox that is in a weird location.
