How central it is to everything and the facilities were nice and we had a great time.

On our final day the power went out on the whole block. There was no staff or communication over the speakers to guide anyone or let people know it’s okay and that you can exit the building going down the fire escape however you cannot re-enter the building as the fire doors locked you out of the corridor once entered. I tried calling the property number and the phone line multiple times with no answer to talk to them about the situation as we could not turn on the dishwasher before leaving or had enough hands to carry out the recycling. I never received a response or a call back.

Modern, clean, well equipped and comfortable

Location is great .Close to South Bank and to west End .Also to most cultural places as Art gallery Central Library etc.The price was very good as well.

First that after arriving at the property I had to go 2 streets away to some funny place to open funny box attached to metal fence to retrieve the key and the garage opener.It is difficult to park on the street and you have to pay with some app.That I don’t have.On check out had to place the key in the same box.It was very inconvenient.

Aircon didnt work correctly when i asked for help there was no help but time wasters.
