De kast met daarin de keuken benodigheden; erg slim bedacht. En de tuin! Goede sfeer in het enigszins donkere souterrain studiootje. De host was supervriendelijk; goed gedaan. Het binnenkomen per toegangscode verliep prima. Handig.
Er stond erg veel onkruid in de tuin, het bed was niet kingsize maar 160 cm breed, geen haakjes in de badkamer om handdoeken op te hangen, erg kleine douchecabine en gebruik van het toilet vereist dat de deuren van de douchecabine naar binnen geklapt zijn. Al met al een te krappe badkamer, die weliswaar mooi is ingericht, maar functioneel gezien wel beter kon. Kreeg de kast in de kamer bijvoorbeeld ook niet open: was handig geweest om kleren in op te bergen. We hebben overlast ervaren van het sanitair van de buren; zodra zij een toilet doorspoelden leek het alsof het doorspoelen in onze kamer plaatsvond. Daarnaast vonden er renovatie werkzaamheden in de buurt plaats; ook geluidsoverlast.
