Sam apartament ma wszystko, co potrzebne, no chyba że coś akurat nie działa. Dwa wygodne, dość ładne pokoje, wygodne łóżko, nowoczesna kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Ładna łazienka. Toaletka w sypialni, ogródek. Apartament na pewno ma ogromny potencjał i przy niewielkim nakładzie pracy mogłaby to być perełka. Dobry kontakt przez booking z zarządcą.

Wiele do życzenia pozostawia czystość. Tu i ówdzie mieszkanie nie było do końca posprzątane: kieliszki na stole nieświeże, gdzieniegdzie jakaś pajęczyna, tuż przed drzwiami wejściowymi trochę śmieci i starych liści (czemu obsługa tego nie zamiotła? nie wiem). Szafa w sypialni praktycznie nieużyteczna, bo zawalona jakimiś rzeczami, w tym chyba brudną pościelą. Pościel na łóżku wprawdzie czysta, ale nieuprasowana. Zmywarka nie działała. Wieszaki w łazience oberwane. Przy wejściu brak wieszaków na ubrania. Przydałoby się już jakieś odświeżenie.

L’emplacement du logement est idéal, à 5 min de la station de métro avec une ligne directe permettant de rejoindre facilement le centre de Londres. Le grand parc à proximité avec ses lacs et ses magnifiques espaces de promenade est un véritable atout, particulièrement agréable lors des soirées chaudes d’été. Le quartier offre un large choix de restaurants et commerces accessibles à pied. Nous nous y sommes senties en sécurité à tout moment. L’appartement est spacieux et très confortable pour trois personnes. Il est bien équipé avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour agréable. La terrasse à l’arrière est un vrai plus, idéale pour profiter d’un moment de détente en soirée. L’hôte est également très disponible. Une excellente adresse pour profiter pleinement de Londres !

The location is very convenient to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. It’s surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the High Street. The little garden is a lovely bonus, especially in nice weather. Being on the ground floor made it easy to get in and out with luggage. The floor plan is well organized, and the kitchen is well equipped, including a washing machine, which was a great plus. Self‑check‑in was simple, and the host was easy to communicate with. Overall, it’s a nice flat with many positives, but it would benefit from some attention and improved bedding.

The bed is too small for two people, especially for mature adults. We previously rented another flat in Clapham that listed a full‑size bed, and even that one was noticeably larger than the bed in this property. The value of the flat would be greatly improved with a larger bed, as there is plenty of space in the bedroom to accommodate at least a queen‑size bed. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room, but it is too firm for a comfortable night’s sleep. It appears that the flat is used primarily as a rental and may not be inspected by management frequently. Several issues could be easily resolved with a bit more attention: The drawers in the wardrobe were broken. The freezer compartment of the refrigerator was frozen shut and unusable. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The flat was generally clean, but there was a spider web on the bedroom wall. We visit the Clapham area frequently and would gladly choose this property again if the bedding were improved and the maintenance issues addressed.
