Spacious clean and modern !

Great location opposite splash pad in the common, shops and train. Clean and relatively spacious. Nice view over common. Washing machine and drying rack. We were happy & too hot here but it wasn’t clearly advertised as being in the attic space.
It would be an improvement to advertise that it is an attic space apartment with several flights of staircases to carry up luggage. A blind on window at top of stairs for bathroom privacy and to stop light shining in master bedroom would be good. A place to put toiletries in shower in needed. Can’t turn shower on when soapy as smooth round design. Needs a lever. All lights in living area and kitchen and 2nd bedroom flickered on and off so needs an electrician. Ceramic cooktop has broken glass through the middle needing replacing. Blind in lounge has no pulley to raise blind. Lounge suite only a two seater chaise seating three at best. No lounge seat for fourth guest. Minimal plates and bowls. Air con is portable type and fairly ineffective as ceiling follows attic roofline. But we still enjoyed our stay and were grateful it was clean and well located.
