Great location, lovely little breakfast spot called Wake coffee too. Good size and clean.
Broken flush on toilet but it did work after few pushes. Windows were very stiff to open and close.

Location was very good
The William Bonny estate was very shabby and stair well and entrance to the building was very poor. Door locks were tricky to open. Door handles on the bathroom need repairing and the windows in toilet hard to get to and open and close. For a 2 bedroom apartment, the furniture was completely inadequate in the lounge/kitchen. Just one old and uncomfortable sofa bed to sit a possible 4 people. Beds were not so confortable. On the plus side, the kitchen was well equipped. Overall, the apartment was average.
