Beautiful place, right in the jungle! Everything was so pretty, from the stone bathtub, to the infinity pool. It was a shame I couldn't stay here longer. I'm definitely coming back!

This is a gem - very pretty and peaceful with a nice pool, calm environment and kind staff. The fact that they had massages available was very nice too, and they can arrange excursions easily. I enjoyed the excellent communication ahead and during the stay, and the lovely bed, pool and dining area. Food and drink orders were completed correctly and quickly, with nice presentation. While about 25 min drive from downtown Ubud, it's really easy to get a grab taxi and enjoy the surrounding area too. I would recommend this for singles, couples, friends on a getaway - really any combination - it's an absolutely lovely place with quick and kind service.

The available options for food were limited so I recommend planning to go out for most meals. There was a mouse in my bathroom leaving droppings and then it got stuck in the bathtub (the staff took it out within minutes of my reporting it) - hopefully the bathroom area could be sealed a bit better to avoid this happening to others. The bathtub was hard to get in and out of so it's good for able bodied people (and very pretty to look at) but a challenge if you have mobility challenges.

Le service est catastrophique : malgré la gentillesse du personnel rien ne va. Aucune formation ne leur est donnée, le yoga annoncé sur booking n’existe pas alors que je les avais contacté avant de réservé pour m’en assurer. Il n’y a aucun espace pour les massages, aucun équipement, cela se fait sur le lit de la chambre. Les paiements réglés au restaurant m’ont été facturés 2 fois, une partie du linge lavé a été perdu… et j’en passe. C’est bien dommage car l’hôtel magnifique a un très gros potentiel. Il est simplement mal géré.
