The location was very central and convenient. There were plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and it was within walking distance of the harbor, the train station, and public transportation. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Although it is advertised as a studio apartment, it is actually more like a hotel room with a small kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a few plates, cutlery, glasses, and one frying pan. There is no extractor hood, and a shared refrigerator is available in the hallway. To be honest, it is not really suitable for cooking full meals; at most, you can prepare simple snacks. This was not a problem for us and met our expectations, but I wanted to mention it for anyone planning to cook during their stay.

There is a very small table right next to the bed that is used as a dining table, but there is only one chair. Therefore, if two people are staying there, one of them has to eat while standing. For key collection and check-in, you first need to go to Hotel Constantia. The room is located above Café Helga. Check-in and check-out procedures are also handled through Hotel Constantia. There is walking distance between the two locations. People who need to catch a train or bus should plan their timing accordingly.

I stayed here with my daughter and we were very satisfied with everything. The location is perfect, very central and ideal for exploring Konstanz. We had breakfast at Hotel Constantia, which was excellent with great variety and quality. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great service. We will definitely come back!
