La situation de l'appartement en plein centre ville de Konstanz.
La propreté et la qualité de la décoration.
Étant au centre ville piétonnier il y a forcément un peu de bruit la nuit lorsqu'on dort les fenêtres ouvertes.
Cela serait un plus de rajouter un ventilateur avec ces chaleurs intenses.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung in bester Lage! Die Unterkunft ist modern, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Alles wirkt hochwertig und neuwertig. Ich habe mich von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und würde diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung! Die Lage ist perfekt – super zentral und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Alles wirkt neu und sehr gepflegt.
