Excellent host (Stefan). The apartment was very clean, kitchen well equipped and parking just outside. In the local area there are many options for shopping and to some degree dining. City is just a couple of bus stops away.
Only improvement we would suggest would be a bit more firm bed. It was not bad, but compared to the rest it was a bit under par.
