KönigsSCHLAF No5 - Barrierefrei, chic & gemütlich in der Altstadt

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut durchdacht eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und diverse Restaurants sind gut ohne Auto erreichbar. Zum Bahnhof und zum See sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und sehr gemütlich. Besonders haben uns die verschiedenen leuchten gefallen.

Insgesamt könnten mehr Haken in Bad und Küche sein, damit man Handtücher aufhängen kann. Im Eingangsbereich fehlte uns ein Spiegel für die " Endkontrolle" bevor man das Haus verlässt . Das Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich ist etwas zu kurz.

Ganz viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles sehr durchdacht und hochwertig. Wir haben wirklich nichts finden können, was hätte gefehlt. Von den Steckdosen bis zu den integrierten Schubladen in der Wand. Wirklich, so eine toll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung habe ich noch nie besucht. Sogar eine Verbandstasche und Ladekabel waren vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sowas von Sauber!!! Sehr imponiert hat mich bei Abreise die Besitzerin. Die mir erzählte, dass sie alles selbst reinigen! Die Lage in der Altstadt ist fantastisch. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar

Alles war super!!! Hätte mir noch einen Parkplatz gewünscht. Günstig parken kann man im Europaparkhaus.

ich habe noch nie eine so saubere Unterkunft besucht. Alles war perfekt und aufeinande abgestimmt und sehr gemütlich.

The apartment is located conveniently close to the main station and in Old town. With the elevator one reaches the apartment easily. As an architect I must say that the apartment is nicely designed with beautiful lights and decoration is used. It is very complete with dish washer and full kitchen equipment. Everything needed was thought for and available. Even the basics for cooking like salt, sugar and oil was there, which I found very helpful. everything was cosy and nice. To make it even better, I would like to suggest to the hosts to add a small, dimmed, yellow night-light/lamp to the bathroom, so that one does not have to use the main bright light when using the bathroom during the night. The hosts and personnel are very kind and allowed me to stay an hour longer on the check out day, as it was raining a lot outside. Thank you!

Nothing really to complain about. The bathroom is in the Bedroom (the ground plan used in the listing as of March 2026 is not accurate/from this unit... the photos are correct), and the bedroom is separated form the main space by a curtain (and not a door), which means that the noises form the kitchen (like the fridge) can be heard in the night if you are sensitive to sounds. It would be convenient to have a quieter fridge. But this was the only point really. By the way, it would be good to leave the door of the fridge open if it is turned off so that it does not get any smells. overall, I really enjoyed the stay and recommend it.
