    We had to wait for hours just to get in touch with the owner, despite making several calls that went unanswered. When the owner's staff finally arrived, there was not even a simple apology for the inconvenience and frustration we experienced. The lack of courtesy and professionalism was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the room had an unpleasant smell upon our arrival. We still had to ask the owner to spray air freshener, which should have been taken care of before guests arrived. The room clearly lacked proper preparation and attention to cleanliness, making our stay uncomfortable from the very beginning. What made the experience even more disappointing was that we were not the only customers affected. Other guests were also experiencing similar issues while waiting, which suggests that this was not just an isolated incident but a serious problem with their customer service and management. Overall, the experience was far below our expectations. Poor communication, unresponsive management, a lack of professionalism, and an inadequately prepared room made our stay incredibly frustrating. Guests pay for a comfortable and hassle-free experience, not to waste hours waiting and dealing with problems that should have been addressed beforehand. WE STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Save yourself the time, stress, and disappointment. There are plenty of other accommodations that value their customers and know how to provide proper service. This place seriously needs to improve its customer service, cleanliness, and overall management before it deserves to be recommended to anyone.

    The place itself is good, view is spectacular but lacks maintenance. Staff is great, maasikaso naman kaso lang ang lakas ng amoy ng yosi nung humarap sakin. Also, di kami bnigyan ng towel and kit kung di ko pa hiningi, pero baka kasi dahil late check in na kami mejo pagod na sya which I understand. The owner or contact person is also very accommodating and maayos kausap! I wasn’t even sure if napalitan ba yung pillow case, bedsheet and kumot. Sobrang makati yung comforter pag ikumot mo sayo! Gosh. Yung mga spoon and fork, di ko sure if they are checking it before they accept the next guest kasi I had to re wash them all over again para lang ma sure na malinis 🫩 Lastly, yung aircon nyo MOODY! Ilang oras lang gumana even tho halos natulog lang kami for the night. Sobrang init nung morning na we had to turn on electric fan pa, sobrang hirap pa kamo humanap ng saksakan para lang mabuksan ko yung efan. I wont recommend to my maarte friends. We just had to get through the night that time kasi may maaga kaming tour. I hope it get fixed soon!
