Luxury stay at The Sails

The garage gate on the 3rd floor close to the unit is extremely noisy and was quiet annoying to hear that sound throughout the stay when the gate is being opened and closed.Suggest to property management to have it replaced or lubricated.

The Area is very calm....its exactly what u see in the pictures... and the own came after I raised an issue to reassure us...

The Toilet in the Bathroom was Leaking....the Sofa could do with deep cleaning...Oh also the cockroachs whr not pleasant to see....

It was nice and quiet

I thought there will bath soap

A really nice apartment that's needs some attention

***When we got there the cleaner was still cleaning ***wifi doesn't work ***TV remotes does not work ***was unable to reach the agent she only contacted us when the security called her to say that our music was too loud which was played on a cellphone, which was between 6 to 7pm ***the next morning the very same security was making so much noise at 5:30am ***towels where just washed and left to dry, luckily we carried our own ****the bed is terribly uncomfortable, the bedding is old and stained and had a damp smell ***the lights in the bathroom and bedroom were dim *** the couch really needs cleaning as well
