The apartment is beautiful & spacious with wonderful views & a great location, the apartment also had everything that we needed. Musa the night receptionist offered us such great service & experience he is friendly and humble & our sincere gratitude to him. Was satisfied by the overall experience and would go back.

We were a bit disappointed on arrival because the room was not ready although we were an hour later than the confirmed time, but after we took a walk we got back and it was ready. The only negative issue about the apartment were the cockroaches but were not too many.

Everything was nice and clean. Bed very comfortable.

There was cockroaches all over the place and also in fridge. That was disgusting.

Everything was perfect the room was clean near the bitch value for money

Every time I have to wait at the door for a while because a day shift security his always not in his desk

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful.

We were booked from Friday to Sunday. Friday night we ran out of water, rectified on Saturday morning. And then Saturday evening we ran out of lights. Host should make sure that there is sufficient supplies of water and lights before taking guests in future. Plugpoints are not great, badly situated. No housekeeping came to clean our room, we had to do cleaning ourselves which we usually do but atleast come change our sheets and towels and take out our trash (bin has no lid). There is a small roach infestation in the room. Everything in that room is made for small size people so don't recommend if you're plus size ie: sinks are tiny, counter is very low, sofa is tiny and uncomfortable. Shower is very hard to operate, meaning that either it's boiling hot or ice cold, there is no in between option. Only toilet rolls and dishwashing liquid was provided, there was empty soap and shampoo bottles on the sink.
