Cherry Cottage

It was a perfect location for exploring the North side of Cornwall for the short break. The property was like home from home with parking. The facilities were fantastic.

Nothing.

Very clean with beautiful views. The farm dogs were probably the best part (minus the midnight barking)

The rooms downstairs were very damp which resulted in clothes/ bedding feeling damp to the touch (understandably older properties are often damp but treatment is required). Not a good environment for our baby to sleep in who woke up stuffy every morning. Unfortunately there was no hand soap provided in the bathroom or kitchen areas nor dishwasher tablets. (There was no point buying more for 4 days) only one toilet roll (granted we didn’t ask for anymore so they may have provided more). The location although beautiful resulted in a lot of driving down dangerous lanes. All electrical equipment had an out of date PAT testing label, showing a lack of maintenance. Oh and lastly awful shower pressure and temperature was either like larva or an ice bath.
