Rosewin Farmhouse is a cottage consisting of a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a dining room with woodburning stove and seating for eight guests, a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove, and a first-floor snug with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower, double (zip/link, can be twin on request), and twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC, and a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a front garden with furniture, courtyard, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. St Minver is the perfect tourist base for exploring Cornwall, with easy access to the stunning beaches of Rock and the surfer's paradise of Polzaeath. Venture over to the coastal village of Rock, where you can take to the waters by waterski or sailing, or enjoy a boat tour as you spot the local marine life of dolphins which frequent the shores. Polzeath is the ideal setting for trying your hand at surfing with its nearby Surf School, or if you'd prefer to sit the action out, the glorious sands are perfect for soaking up the sun with a good book.
