Good location and a decent host, but the stay was disappointing due some issues.
Interaction with the host was decent, and the property enjoys a convenient location—about 400 meters from the nearest tram stop and roughly 15 minutes from the central station. The window view is also quite nice.
Wifi was unavailable and was not listed in the booking details. The bathroom had a foul smell due to leakage from the floor above, and the ceiling paint was peeling and dropping to the ground. A significant amount of water had to be wasted before the hot water started running. The blankets seemed unclean. The issues were notified to the host.

Расположение хорошее , вид с окна неплох , рядом есть все что нужно.
В такой объект приезжают обычно один раз и больше никогда не возвращаются. Тотальное жлобство. Пододеяльник хозяин прикрепил на БУЛАВКИ. Это полный абсурд, ведь можно уколоться. В номере была оставлена еда от прошлых поселенцев. Заселение аж с 12 и не на пол часа раньше , так почему нельзя убрать? Вода в душе не регулируется , льется кипяток. Это все исправляется за один день, плюс банальная частота , 50-100 евро вложений и уже можно смело ставить 3-4 звезды. Но есть как есть , повторюсь , жлобство. И еще очень важный момент. Вы платите помимо страховки в 50 евро в букинг , хозяин просит еще 30 евро страховки за ключи. Это нигде не указано , а должно быть.

Довго чекати ліфт (працює один) якщо це як готель від фірми то можна булоб протерти дзеркало, рукомийник або хочаб стіну в душовій кабінці
