Suitable for summer time.

Furnished very small apartment and possibility of parking a car.

The heating was poor during our stay and although we ventilated by opening the window, the apartment was humid. Due to the small size of the apartment and the interior decorative items, there is very little space to store personal belongings.

Very clean and well-equipped. Our host was very attentive and thoughtful while giving us privacy. She provided us with whatever we asked for and didn't thin about (she remembered that a mug was broken, and got us a replacement). We had a few minor Wi-Fi issues twice, and she was on top of it within less than 20 minutes. We loved the separation of our building from the main house, providing privacy while having assistance nearby. The bathroom was top-notch (US) hotel quality with rainfall shower, heated towel rack etc. The down comforters were ultra-warm and thick, and we actually got pretty warm at night while the temperatures were at freezing point outside, due to the fact that the heater was set to 18,5 deg C. We would have loved to have a BBQ and use the terrace, which was very inviting. The weather didn't allow us to do so...

We visited during freezing temps, and we had issues with cold floors and condensation of water from showering (precipitating out on the windows). We understand that the unit is separated from the house, and is not likely to be heated when not rented out. Humidity was a bit of an issue initially. Obviously, there are climate- and war-related issues regarding energy consumption in Europe and globally. We are sure that our host would have remedied the issues, but we didn't bring it up for these reasons.

Woww Accommodation in Serene Green Location

It is a cute small 1RK Studio Accommodation in dense green area away from city with all possible facilities. Washing Machine is however Chargable. Host is exceptionally helpful and accommodative. Bus 423 is directly connected to Koln Bonn Airport. The area surrounding room is enchanting.

Distance, as located 16KM out of city & Bus 423 (360Mtrs) & RE25 (1.6KM) is not covered in Koln Day Card.

Super nice and clean place. Has everything you need it. At a very quiet location with a nice view of a garden. I had to work in the evening, with several zoom calls, the internet connection was also fast enough. Cousy and convenient place to stay with a very friendly host. Would definitely come back again.

I recommend!

Clean and cosy place, very convenient because it has a little kitchen, so we could cook. A little bit narrow is the plot for eating but anyway OK. There was everything we needed in the kitchen, no oven, but it was not a problem. Wide bathroom, clean and nice. A beautiful balcony just in the garden, just for us, unfortunately it was a little bit cold to sit and eat outside. We could park inside the yard. Very green and nice garden. We were for 4days, calm and perfect stay.

We were for the IDS at Kolnmesse. The place was 15 km away, but with a car it took us 15min. If you have to go with a bus there are 3 lines you have to change.

Friendly apartment outside town

This is a very nicely maintained apartment with a little kitchen and a terrace. Very clean, modern interior, also very quiet. If you have a car, it's convenient to reach the nearby cities and/or the airport.

We were happy to stay here

We liked the attitude of home owners the most ❤️. The place was clean, cozy and well heated. There were all necessary kitchen equipment, warm blankets and incredible terrace in the garden. Especially we were impressed by the forest territory around where you can walk, run or ride bicycle. We will definitely come back soon.

Herrliche Oase, im grünen, bunten Garten gelegen, sehr zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet - hat alles, was man für gemütlichen Aufenthalt braucht :)) Hinzu kommt eine tolle, ruhige Lage mit Königsforst nebenan und guter Autobahnanbindung ! Sehr aufmerksame und total nette Gastgeber :)) Hab die FeWo schon häufiger gebucht und werde dies auch weiter tun :)

Alles super, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Besonders gefallen hat uns die sehr nette Vermieterin und der traumhafte Garten, bzw. die Terrasse. Aber auch das Apartment ist richtig schön. Das Bad verfügt sogar über eine Go - in Dusche. Es ist alles da was man braucht! Die Lage ist auch genial, köln ist schnell erreichbar und das bergische Land bietet alles für Wanderfreunde. Abends hat man die Möglichkeit, fußläufig verschiedene Restaurants zu besuchen.

Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.

Apartement gut ausgestattet und sauber, Badezimmer top, Vermieterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus.

Leider habe ich auf der Schlafcouch nicht so sehr gut geschlafen.
