Ottima la posizione, vicina sia alla stazione RER che alla metro. Zona residenziale molto tranquilla e ben servita. In 30 minuti si raggiunge quasi qualsiasi punto della città e con il treno in circa 1 ora l’aeroporto CDG. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti e se ci capiterà torneremo certamente.
Un po’ rumoroso il treno che passa sotto ma ci si fa rapidamente abitudine e non è fastidioso. Potrebbe essere utile aggiungere una tovaglia per il tavolo da pranzo e un pacco di tovaglioli o rotolo di carta. Anche una tendina alla finestra della cucina potrebbe essere utile. In generale comunque non ci sono aspetti negativi degni di nota.

L’appartement est bruyant: bruit de rer/metro et insonorisation très moyenne avec un autre logement. Il faut clairement prévoir des boules quies.
