The location is fantastic and super close to both the RER and metro 1 lines. Lots of good items in the kitchen and great to have air conditioning.
Drainage from the bathroom sink is problematic.
Train rumbles a bit underneath periodically but you get use to it.
Walks are not soundproofed.
Wifi is poor and keeps dropping out. Tricky if you are trying to work from the apartment

L’appartement est bruyant: bruit de rer/metro et insonorisation très moyenne avec un autre logement. Il faut clairement prévoir des boules quies.
