30 second walk to the bus stop, ideal for going to Brixham and Paignton
The caravan was quality with little bonuses, kids straight away played the connect 4 as soon as they saw it set in Thier room.
Rooms are nice sizes and deco with a lot of though put into it
A minute walk to the facilities, swimming pool simple but still fun, play park is the same simple but fun
staff absolutely amazing like Jo, she made our kids feel special during our stay
5/10 min walk to the shop and Chinese
The steam train passed by with in site of the caravan

Excellent holiday home.
The host had thought about everything, with all the information in a folder and easy check in.
Helped us navigate our holiday with ease.
Lovely location, with lots to do in the area and walkable distance to the beach.

The location was perfect . The caravan was spotless and the decor was gorgeous . The owner was very polite, friendly and welcoming .
There is all you need at the site , also a calming location , walking distance to the beach , five minutes to the waterpark . Everything was of a high standard , highly recommend.
