Clean well presented caravan in quiet caravan park in a lovely location.

The caravan was exactly as described. It was very clean and was in a great position. The caravan park was quiet and the views were fantastic. A short walk to a beautiful cove or slightly longer walk to Goodrington. Pool and bar on site. We had a fantastic stay. We also really appreciated the towels left for us.

Charming caravan

We had a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay at this clean and cozy caravan in Paignton. The location is absolutely quaint and quiet, making it perfect for a peaceful break. One of the highlights was the nice view of the steam train passing nearby—it added such a lovely touch to the setting. The friendly owner was fantastic and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was much appreciated. We were also greeted with a thoughtful welcome treat—chocolate cookies, which was a lovely surprise! The interior was warm and inviting. The beaches were close by, and local shops were just a 10-minute drive away, which made things really convenient. Communication was excellent throughout the booking and stay. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to unwind by the sea with a bit of charm and comfort.

There are a few crumbs and hair on the carpet by the kitchen. We tried vacuuming the flooring but the vacuum was not working properly. Maybe invest in a good vacuum cleaner. But other than that the place is lovely and well kept. No funny smells 😃

Cosy, well situated for walks to the nearby beaches along the coastal path and also nearby takeaways

Wonderful location and the steam train going past the sitting room window added greatly to the beautiful sea view. The sitting room was comfortable and pleasantly furnished and the kitchenette was well equipped. The shower had a good, strong pressure,

Little gem in a fantastic location

The caravan park was lovely. Quiet, clean, in an excellent location to explore Tor Bay and South Devon and our neighbours were all friendly and welcoming. The caravan is cute and it is lovely decorated. The DVDs, books and games selection was fantastic. We loved the decking as we had fantastic weather, and we enjoyed it very much. It was great to be able to dry our beach towels and swimming gear. The caravan is on a fantastic spot with incredible sea views and the steam train passing by was a surprise too. We didn't get to use or visit the reception, restaurant and leisure/spa facilities, but we were told by other visitors, that they were fantastic.

We had a great time and no complaints, but there is room for improvement: There were leftovers in the fridge and freezer (butter, yoghurts, ice cream tub...). The caravan could benefit with more storage space in the kitchen and bathroom and definitely with some hooks in the bathroom and bedrooms. It was a bit uncomfortable looking for a place where to leave our bathroom towels and jackets/coats.There was no space where to leave our bathroom towels in the bathroom or a cabinet on the wall for toiletries, etc. The kitchen was very small and the preparation area was minimal with little space . The few shelves and cupboards were taken by pans/coffee mugs, glasses, plates, etc. There was no space for storing food (cereals, bread, snacks, rice, pasta, cans, etc). We had to leave all of those things in bags on the floor and move decorations and things on the shelves to make some room for non-perisable food essentials.

Comfortable Stay

Really friendly host who was very attentive. The caravan was clean, had everything you need and was easy for parking. The views were spectacular with the steam train passing every so often which you can see from the front window. The restaurant onsite was also really nice, serving good quality food.

No bath towels provided, just hand towels.

Amazing views, lovely site and great host would recommend

The views from the front window in this caravan are just amazing! Nice clean and tidy with everything we needed and more! Was very homely with lots of added touches to make you feel comfortable we loved our stay.

The site is lovely nice and small with all the things you would need shop, swimming, laundrette, bar etc The swimming was a good price and easy to book in at reception park was just enough for my son to play and have fun and also meet friends. Loved the way board games and books was left in the caravan it was a great touch and we had lots of fun playing the games all in all this is a great place with an amazing view and such a great host
