Our door lock was broken but someone came to fix it although it was still loose but locked.

Great location for my purposes, lovely room.
Crisp white bedding and comfortable bed.
Shower and towels provided
No plug socket near the mirror, would take an extension lead next time.
There was tea and coffee and sugar but no milk, so will take myself in future.
Shower room was small, not much room between the loo and the shower.

Easy to find and access the property with information sent across.
It was very clean.
Great location.
Only one set of towels, Matt didn't answer the phone when we called about it, which we thought was quite rude and a rookie error.
Both taps are plumped in incorrectly, hot is cold and cold is hot.
If offering a kitchen, you need to provide table/bar and chairs to eat from.
No milk provided.
A large mirror would be good within the room for getting ready.
