Brand new, sparkling clean, comfy bed, loads of hot water, convenient.
Very new so maybe some teething problems. There is no mirror near a plug socket which made it difficult to dry my hair. No milk sachets for tea or coffee. Only one roll of loo paper. No staff onsite. There was building work going on at the next door property from very early so a lie in wouldn’t be possible. I think it has great potential.

I chose the property for its excellent location close to Trentside. It was ideal for our overnight stay, easy key-free access with door codes, clean and comfortable. We found on street parking (free) on one of the suggested residential roads a few minutes walk away.
My only slight negative comment is that the shower tray fills with water very quickly and is slow to drain but a good powerful shower. A mirror in the property would be a good addition and maybe a portable fan in hot weather as the room did get quite warm.

Studio is right in the eaves. Sloping roof makes using the toilet difficult. Kitchen space very limited.
