Other Things to Note:

A fully refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in. This is held on your card in the same way hotels process a deposit at check-in. The hold is renewed every 5 days (as it cannot remain active for longer). While some banks display this as a transaction and others as a pending hold, please note it will not be charged unless there is a breach of our terms and conditions.



Alternatively, guests may choose a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. The waiver provides coverage of up to £250 for accidental damage during your stay. Please note that it does not cover intentional damage, unauthorised activities (such as smoking or parties), excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, or loss/theft of property.



All guests are required to complete our pre check-in form, including acceptance of our booking terms and conditions and provision of a copy of ID prior to check-in.



Please message us if you require a late check-out. This can be organised at an additional cost.



ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:

For long-term bookings (14+ nights), we require mid-stay cleaning and linen changeovers at an additional cost to maintain the property's high standards. Please enquire about additional discounts for long-term stays with Renzo.
