The area was nice. Good neighborhood and house was spacious. Had a lot of amenities for a cheap and reasonable price especially for the Phoenix area!
Some of the other people staying there had some issues. One guy I caught staring at me while I was trying to wash my laundry upstairs. I did also find some insects outside of my room door which was a bit unsettling.
