It’s cheap, and has a ton of potential. You’re not gonna find many more spots that are as affordable as this. If it had just a bit more effort it would be an absolute steal!
It as barebones as can be. Ridiculously so.
Bedrooms are literally ONLY a bed. I can’t even get 1 nightstand or a top sheet?
The closet was kind of gross, and also no hangars whatsoever, so I didn’t really want to use it.
And the acoustics are absolutely horrible; you can every single sound in any part of the house (because of how empty it is)
