Fernando is very friendly and totally stays 100% out of your business.The houses are brand new remodels. Guests are all friendly and are working folk. It's quiet. It's clean. The cheaper option (the advertised $28 + $4+ city tax option) is in the smaller back house. There are 2 rooms with 2 top & bottom bunk bed racks with a total of 4 beds per room (7 twins and one full matress in total) with your own private 36 inch flat screen television with free streaming included per bed. There is one bathroom and full kitchen. There is a medium sized dirt backyard still under construction with a small charcoal grill (coals not included) and 3-4 gated parking spots. One washer & dryer (free detergent and use included). Front door and both rooms have electronic, number-coded door handle locks. The front, main house is larger with 3 private, individual normal sized bedrooms with one queen sized bed, flat screen television (with free streaming) and large closet. 2 full bathrooms. Full kitchen. Small dirt backyard between the two houses. Two car garage. Two car driveway. Washer & dryer (free detergent and use included). Front door and each room have electronic, number-coded door handle locks.

The mattresses are covered and new but are too soft for me and could be of better quality. Very little to no cooking equipment. Pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses etc.
