Очень понравилась вилла! Бронировали на несколько дней, было настолько комфортно, что даже не хотелось уезжать. Очень тихо, спокойно, вокруг зелень, огромный бассейн и красивый ухоженный сад. Комнаты просторные, кровати очень удобные, хорошее бельё - реально высыпались. Персонал всегда был на связи и быстро помогал, если что-то было нужно. Несмотря на плохую погоду, отдых получился отличным!Обязательно вернемся.

The pool was nice, large and deep. The villa was spacious but is not as big as described (1500msq) instead it is probably half of that at max. BBQ grill was very good and rooms had enough towels. Villa looks like the photos provided. The staff managing the space is very responsive and quick to provide solutions, they are also very friendly and kind.

The name and address in the description was anchan Tropicana which is a more established development. We were given a villa in anchan indigo instead and unfortunately its neighbours were not even built fully yet, so lots of construction going on. It’s not very noisy but it’s very dusty. The lounge and pool area got dusty even after we cleaned it the day before. Only water, dishwasher detergent, shampoo and bath soap provided, you will need your bring coffee, tea etc and salt and pepper if you plan to cook. The bathrooms had a bad sewage smell but it’s likely because the area is still under construction and the sewage system is not so good yet.

Communication from agent was very poor and unprofessional. We had a number of problems whilst at the villa but the agents initial response was that it wasn't her problem and not her fault, which I was genuinely taken aback by. Villa has lots of small repair issues required. Dishwasher didn't work, washing machine had issue, dryer then had an issue. Villa wasn't clean on arrival. Team were still there cleaning at 5pm so we weren't able to move in smoothly. The agent hadn't checked to see if there was any gas for the cooker / hob. So we weren't able to cook any breakfast or meals until this subsequently got resolved. One of the TV's didn't work. The list goes on....
