Amazing pool and landscape

The property was away from the hustle & bustle, so it’s quiet. Security was good, we feel safe. Jacuzzi was good and strong. Pool was good sized and the kids enjoyed their time. Beds were comfortable. Fridge was good size.

The villa door couldn’t lock. (The main door could, so it was fine.) The noise from the AC was very loud in all room. (We usually switch it on for a while then switched it off and use the fan instead.) The floor felt abit sticky, it could be the material or it wasn’t thoroughly mopped. The pool water felt like it didn’t have enough chlorine (f that makes sense? So I feel like I’m not sure when it was last cleaned) We couldn’t find extra amenities like toilet paper, tissues papers, kitchen roll, garbage bags for the trash etc. There seemed to be photos of another villa layout in our villa category, so some things didn’t match what was advertised. (Looks like there was a steam room, but ours didn’t.) The dryer couldn’t be switched on. Maybe there could be a small booklet on villa how-tos etc, like how to lock the balcony doors, how to operate dryer (how to troubleshoot - easy ones of course), where to find extra amenities, etc)

Nous avons passé un séjour unique dans la villa. Elle était très spacieuse, chaque recoin a été occupé intelligemment de manière à avoir une vue splendide et un cadre digne d'un havre de paix. La chambre avec vue sur piscine est juste idéale pour profiter du bon temps mais aussi de la tranquillité du quartier. Toutes les chambres sont dotées de matelas très confortables et de décorations admirables. Cette villa est splendide, je la recommande fortement et sans hésitation !

The Villa was perfect. Pool is something the kids enjoyed. The interiors were great and well maintained.

Housekeeping is limited to once a week for free. The toilet in the master bedroom didn’t have hot water. The pool lights were also not working. These issues are quite easily fixable and don’t represent the quality of the property which looked very well maintained.
