Beautiful property and grounds. Loved the back deck area that overlooks the rolling hills.
The shower is fabulous, hot water and good water pressure.
Not an issue but somehow there were lots of bugs/flying insects inside the kitchen area but they didn't really do anything.

Me, my partner and my dog had a lovely time in this amazing little b&b in the Yarra valley. The property is clean and all the basics like tea/ coffee / milk is provided. The beds are comfortable and we slept well for two nights :)
Nothing but the property is on uneven ground. You need to be careful while walking around the property.

Location - exactly what we needed. Privacy and the enjoyment of waking to the sounds of farm life.
Loved the outlook from the lounge. Homely comforts and spoilt with underfloor heating in the bathroom
