It was clean and has all facilities. Woollies about 400m away, and restaurants / food places and the mall a short walk away.
Advertised as three bedrooms, but the third “bedroom” is actually a nook in the communal area of the house (right next to the kitchen / doorway), so there is no privacy whatsoever. The building itself (not this particular apartment) has an odd smell, and the carpark area also doubles as a garage with residents leaving their property in the parking lot. Also spotted a few dead rats in the parking lot.
