Overall, the experience was wonderful! The location was idyllic...the Gulf just a sidewalk away. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the service provided by Silver Sands staff. If we could change anything, it would be to have a updated mattress and softer pillows. The walls were also pretty thin between us and the neighbors, but we tried to keep our noise level low and most neighbors we had did the same. We would definitely return, but would hope for some updates on these issues.

Originally we reserved At The Beach Resort but were moved here since a/c was not working at our unit. We stay at this place 1 every year.We were happy with the move when we arrived the place is beautiful & layout is what we are used to. HOWEVER the man at the front desk is rude, not friendly at check in & when we bumped into him walking to the beach he said make sure your quiet after 10pm,how RUDE!,then he spoke about social distancing at the beach & how neighbors could call the cops on us because of the large group under a tent,that he assumed we were with because they were Spanish like us. I told him all Spanish people here are not together, we are not with them & not our tent.The same day we checked in our toilet was not working properly,not enough pressure for it to flush.We could not get a hold of no one until the next day, that was horriblr & kept going to the office to let them know,but no one was at the desk when we would husband had to go 2 different was fixed the next day in the afternoon.We LOVE Martha from the other resort At The Beach,she is friendly & always available.This man is RUDE,NOT FRIENDLY,NOT AT THE DESK when you need service & APPARENTLY THINKS ALL SPANISH PEOPLE ARE TOGETHER.Will not stay there again ONLY because of him.
