Everything is perfect

Very nice apartments, has everything that could be needed: 2 queen/king beds in 2 separate rooms + a sofa in the living room, a fully equiped kitchen, a bath with towels/etc. Easily have enough space for two families. Good wifi, a free parking space. It's possible to hear trains a little bit at night, but the apartments are soundproof enough. Has a supermarket in 5 min. walking distance. It's around 45mins. walking with kids to Chrhistmas market or 5 minutes by taxi (2,5 EUR per one-way trip). The hosts are great and very helpful. Really recommend to visit their restaurant - awesome choice of food comparing to other places around the market.
