The property was good and in an excellent location. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed for our stay.
The bathroom had some issues. There was a bad smell from a mop left inside, the water dipper(kabo/tabo) was very dirty, and both the sink and floor drainage were clogged (I ended up cleaning the clogs myself). The owner/caretaker did try to come and resolve the issue, but we were busy and away from the property when they were available to check it.

The place is very cozy and relaxing that i asked for extension of my stay, its very convenient and within the city center
The lobby area keep on asking my room number, feels like there is no privacy at all, everytime i go in and out even if they know my face already they keep on asking.
